Tranquil Tuesday


It’s Tuesday. Where’s that wandering mind of yours? Is it telling you that whatever can go wrong will go wrong or is it giving you what you need to stay calm and relaxed? Worrying commonly interferes with our ability to concentrate, and we need to concentrate effectively to prevent problems.

Use your mind to neutralize fears by being open to looking to the extraordinary for ways to make things go right (e.g. success stories against the odds on the web, scientifically proven techniques that we overlook such as controlled deep breathing instructions on WebMD, etc.).  Having an open mind is like having an open door. Use It!
